Did you know that I'm lactose intolerant? Yep, I am, but I love cheese, so I cannot say no to a good cheese quesadilla or any other sort of cheese-based fare. My major lactose issue has cost me some friendships in the past, and has also embarrassed me in college when a group of us girls used to get together to consume cheesy foods. Now that I'm a bit older, I like to just eat cheese alone, and I'll tell you all about this while I eat my beloved quesadilla and fart up a storm!
